Do YOU need a change? Want to lose weight and inches? Begin a new healthy lifestyle, but don’t know where to begin? Open to beginner or experienced CrossFitters who are trying lose weight and get healthy.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER!

The “Body Camp Challenge” is a 4 week (begins on the 1st Tuesday of each month) Nutrition and Fitness Program designed to give you the motivation, accountability and direction you need, while providing you with tools and education needed to acquire a HEALTHY NEW BODY FOREVER!


4 Week Program includes:

  - CrossFit Foundations: Tuesday and Thursdays at 10am or 7pm. CF Foundations starts the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm.

- After completing the first month in CF Foundations you can go to any regular CF class time (6 days a week), and continue with your food guidance, weigh-ins and measurements with Carrie every Thursday at 6:45pm.
 
  - A full nutritional guide and food plan designed for results with recipes and 
    shopping lists, needed to develop life-long healthy eating habits.

  - Pre and Post program body composition analysis. (An initial weigh-in,  body      fat testing and measurements).

  - Food counseling, question and answer and one on one time with your coach    either before or after class. 


Pricing
Cost: $150 per month for 3 Months 


PROGRAM: includes CrossFit Foundations access during the challenge.

SCF Body Camp Challenge: a 4 week program designed for results! After completing your first month of CF Foundations, you can spend your next 2 months attending regular CF Classes, 6 days a week of  workouts and training, a full nutrition guideline, SCF BCC notebook and body analysis, counseling with your coach. New camp cycles start the 1st Saturday of each month. CF Bodycamp includes CF Foundations 1st month and then CF Classes after completing CF Foundations.
