*CrossFit Foundations: 4 week intro into CrossFit.  Sessions times are 10AM or 7PM every Tuesday and Thursday, and make-ups are on Saturdays at 8am (schedule with coach for make-ups). Call to schedule.


 *Open Gym times may or may not have a CrossFit Instructor on site and members MUST be approved to use Open Gym by a

SCF Instructor.


*Smack Down:. We host a “Smack Down” every Friday at 5pm.



*CrossFit WOD: These classes are lead by a CrossFit Instructor. Members must attend a 4 week CrossFit Orientation before starting in the classes listed above. Orientation includes a comprehensive explanation of the CrossFit movements, and 12 days of conditioning, modification and training. 



All times listed are START TIMES. Active Stretch will start at this time.Members must be ready to begin warm-up at the times posted. If you miss a start time, you must wait for the next one.




SCF Body Camp Challenge Schedule:(1st Saturday of Month)


Tuesday and Thursdays @ 10am with Dan


Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm with Carrie and Abe


Saturday: Scheduled Make-up Day


Food counseling, Weigh-ins and measurements are with Carrie every Thursday at 6:45pm before class at 7pm.

completing CF Foundations, long with your full nutrition guideline, BCC

notebook & body analysis. 


New camps start on the first Saturday of each month. Also includes a full CrossFit membership OR CrossFit Foundations for beginner CrossFitters. Check with front desk to get registered today.
